Hi there everybody. To give you a brief into to myself; Ive suffered from mental problems in the past which I have spent a very great deal of time learning to fight against. In my time Ive covered the whole plethora of self help, NLP, learned a lot about psychology, religion and spirituality and more. I know not everyone is able to help themselves without meds and do certainly hope meds work out well, but Im personally more interested in self help and psychological tools people can use against depression and that is what I post most.
